Mission, Purpose:
To promote the study, practice, and understanding of yoga through its four main dimensions: yoga as a "practice"; yoga as "sadhana" (intensive psychophysical practice); yoga as a "lifestyle"; and yoga as a "social culture."
To promote the study, practice, and understanding of yoga across all three levels of the human personality—head, heart, and hands—that is, on the mental, intellectual, emotional, and physical levels.
To carry out educational and cultural activities aimed at achieving physical, mental, and spiritual harmony in the human person, directed at everyone and particularly at young people and all those segments of society that are most vulnerable.
To promote human development, the association offers yoga courses for psychophysical well-being based on the methods and traditions of the Bihar School of Yoga, for groups of adults of all ages and for individuals.
To raise awareness of and deepen understanding of the vast tradition of yoga, the association holds courses, events, seminars, and conferences on specific topics at Yoga Sadhana Ashram – Monte Ascensione – Rotella (AP) and at other locations where the association operates.

LUCIA TRIFIRO' (Sn. Ananya)
A life dedicated to inquiry and education—both in my personal life and in my professional career as a teacher until 2017, and through my service with AGESCI from 1989 to 2013. A life dedicated to the desire to learn, experiment, innovate, and engage with others—without ever feeling that I have arrived or am satisfied… and to be able to pass this on to others… both on an educational and relational level, as well as on a personal and spiritual level, through a rich curriculum filled with in-depth study, pedagogical skills, and both curricular and extracurricular responsibilities. In 1997–98, she attended the two-year counseling course "From Words to Dialogue, from Dialogue to the Helping Conversation" and the course "Active Listening—Effective Parents." In 2003, she completed her methodological training program at AGESCI, earning the title of International WOSM Certified Leader, and participated in the leadership training program for the Marche Region. As early as 1991, she began practicing yoga and continued for 22 years, focusing on physical recovery following surgery. In 2015, a chance encounter with Swami Chidprakash—which gradually became increasingly enlightening—introduced her to a different approach to yoga through the Satyananda Yoga or Bihar Yoga tradition, allowing her to experience ever-greater well-being, awareness, harmony, and health.
Hence the desire, the need, and the commitment at all levels to delve ever deeper into the subject through participation in events, seminars, and workshops offered by the Hara Center – Yoga School. In September 2016, she began participating in the R.Y.E. "Research on Yoga in Education," based in Venice, introducing yoga into schools through projects for students and teachers—and in particular for her own students in preschool—experimenting with all the benefits of an approach focused on calmness, taking one's time, concentration, and listening, as well as awareness of basic body patterns, all within a joyful, playful framework. Subsequently, in December, she decided to enroll in the "Three-Year Yoga Teacher Training Program" at the Hara Yoga School Center. In 2017, as a trainee, she began leading yoga classes for adults and children in the municipality of Potenza Picena. In 2018, she received her personal mantra from Swami Niranjananda and decided to begin experiencing ashram life at Yoga Sadhana Ashram—Monte Ascensione—Rotella (AP)—Marche. She then actively participated in the 40th anniversary of RYE Yoga France, leading various projects for students and teachers, including at other schools in the province of Macerata. In 2019, during her long-awaited trip to India, she received her Spiritual Name from Swami Satyasangananda at Rikhiapeeth and subsequently opened a yoga studio, Porto Potenza, at Via Traversa Torresi 11 on behalf of the Hara Center – Yoga School. In 2020, she earned her Yoga Teacher Certification from the Hara Center – School of Yoga and the CSEN National Diploma, along with a technical certification as a Yoga and Gymnastics Instructor. In December, she received blessings from Swami Satyasangananda to embark on a personal journey of spiritual evolution. In 2021, she earned a diploma in numerology from the "European Academy of Sacred Numerology" and participated in other courses and in-depth studies led by Dr. Abbate (https://www.dottabbate.it/chi-sono/). On January 4, 2025, at the Rikhiapeeth ashram in India, she received initiation into Karma Sannyasa from Swami Satyasangananda Saraswati. She continues to lead in-person yoga classes, both at the Porto Potenza location and—during the summer season by the sea—online.
CLAUDIA PAVONI (Jn. Kriyashakti)
She began practicing yoga in 2011, after earning her bachelor's degree in Nutritional Biology in 2010.
Thanks to this, she began working as a nutritionist for members of the Hara Center—Yoga School (ASD/APS) who requested her services. In 2013, she earned a degree in applied biology and genetic engineering. Recognizing yoga as the most effective tool she had encountered for managing her inner self, she developed a passion for various aspects of yoga over the years, attending seminars and in-depth workshops and participating in the community life of the Centro Hara-Scuola di Yoga asd/aps. In 2016, during a trip to India at the Bihar School of Yoga (Munger, India), she received Mantra Diksha—initiation into the practice of a personal mantra—from Swami Niranjananda Saraswati. In 2017, she began the three-year teacher training program offered by the Hara Yoga School, which she completed with a diploma in 2020. From the start of the course, as part of her preparatory training leading up to her diploma, she taught classes at the Folignano (AP) location, which she established and has managed ever since as a branch of the Yoga School.
She currently teaches yoga classes on a regular and ongoing basis on behalf of the Hara Center – Yoga School (asd/aps) at its Folignano location, which she continues to manage on behalf of the association. In October 2021, she earned her certification as a shiatsu practitioner. On December 31, 2024, at the Ganga Darshan ashram in India, at the Bihar School of Yoga, she was initiated into Jighyasu Sannyas by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati.
